Sudanese passenger plane was forced to turn back and make an emergency landing after a stray cat attacked the pilot.

Local media report the incident occurred last week, when a Tarco flight was 30 minutes into a trip from the Sudanese capital of Khartoum to Doha.
The bizarre incident saw a reportedly “aggressive” cat appear in the cockpit and attack the pilot as other crew struggled to catch it.

The young fella started tafe today for his apprenticeship, so I caught the train and bus with him just so he can suss it out,anyway with a day to kill jumped a bus to Newcastle airport and watched the jets and plane spotting then ducked into fighter world.

That's digital combat simulator, I was playing that last night in vr flying tu25s and a10 warthog,
The vr is mind blowing makes you a bit dizzy at times but its crazy good, that game takes you through everything from cold start to weapons training. Takes me 25mins just to even start up the warthog

I see Qantas has brought back the mystery flights, 750 a pop seems harsh though.
I know last year they done a charity flight thing from Sydney to long reach and a day at the Qantas museum.
I wonder if there would be enough plane nerds to do a once a month trip out there on a 737 for a day excursion
