Ciro has certainly changed around players jobs and what they are expected to deal with.

A new chum 5/8 pushed into immediately playing 7.
A centre required to play a full back/centre role.
A fullback required to play centre/fullback.
A utility required to play rotating/share lock and fill in every other position and now main hooker/dummy half.
Best hooker put on bench, now dropped.
Small 2ndrowers playing frontrow, yet our biggest 2ndrow forward still a 2ndrower.
The propensity to play smaller forwards when stronger running forwards available.
And then there's Salmon
