This is a good assessment of where we are, we won’t be getting the rub of the green till we become a top side again

Our fitness and defence around the ruck just isn't anywhere near good enough and unfortunately we can't do much about that this late into the season

Very hard to get big running metres when completions are below 80% and the other team doesn't get pinged once for offside, and only gets pinged for delaying the ptb when there is less than 3 minutes to go.

Our pack has to gain momentum back, kick long and chase hard. The game hasn't changed when it comes to the basics. The kick off's giving back easy mtrs, wrong attacking kicks and poor options killed it today. No one ran for over 100mts today, 22 completed sets and poor completion. We needed to dominate possession to have any chance and we screwed that up.

Averillo doesn't like the contact and so, he will continue to be shaky defusing bombs, being the last line of defence etc.

TPJ to take Vaughan’s spot next year as starting prop and as the tackle one hit-up prop. None of this ball playing before the line by him. He just needs a simple job of running hard and as straight as he can.

Still need 2 or 3 really strong forwards. We were outmuscled today. Cowboys also a lot fitter. Just too big and too strong for us in the forwards.
