Drop fucking averilo and either move karaz in or give fucking young alomiti a go. Rather see him get a crack than averilo offer nothing and a liability in defence.

Topine deserves a go and with Stimson rightly dropped should be in. I could understand waddle making the bench I guess as he’s had some solid games this year even if he is shit.

How the fuck is Pangai benched for Thompson?!?!?! One is our best forward all year with 1-2 shit games (Vaughan has been good to) and the other has done nothing all year but look a overpaid flop.

In reality, this is Mick Potter's first week. By all accounts Barrett had the team playing by numbers rather than playing to the natural strengths and attributes of the team. If it is true that Potter will change that then maybe, just maybe, the performances will improve. The start of the second half last week showed what they could do before going back into their plodding shell again. Line speed in defence and tackling with momentum is going to be the key improvements I want to see. If they do not improve in the next two weeks then no point in selecting anyone who is not being retained next season.

Dufty and Averillo did nothing last week. They got rid of Okunbor, and he at least had a go last week. We need to be consistent with players who are out of form and replace them or mix it up a bit. Dufty is now just thinking about England at the end of the year and Averillo isn’t worried about his form last week as he’s still in team. We need to aim higher and not reward inconsistency.
