Maybe they were focussing on D? Certainly our A drills don't sound like anything new has transpired. Would be great if someone that knows Burton could chat with him pre season and ask him....where he feels our attack is at going into the season. Lets not forget Burton failed to win a game at Penrith at 5/8th, Penrith late season wins were all based on D and they often looked like a 1 trick pony of Cleary during the season....so maybe our Coach is out of his depth as we feared.
They actually beat Melbourne in his first game at 5/8 last year off the back of his huge boot.

Not fussed.

An in-house game against a side that is learning the exact same structures / attacking plays. The reserve side would’ve known what was coming at them every time the boys called a particular play.

It's going to be a long season and they are a work in progress all year. We have to expect they will lose games and be clunky but improvement each game is vital as well as consistency in D and A each game

Time will tell but 9th - 10th In 2022 will be a good result and building block into 2023
