Go have a look where the venue is (right next to railway line on Harbour Bridge at The Rocks). Can't get more secluded.

Go look where the private terrace is (3 stories up, tucked away with no side or rear access).

Now look at the photo.

Elliott is captured front on, not from below (else the angle would be different).

Screenshots are from Google Maps (remember the Street view cars cameras are the height of a tall 4WD, and extend about 1.5m odd from the roof of the car - so angle is not that of a standing person.

You would not have seen this at street level (nor anyone walking past).

Put simply, there is absolutely no way these photos were taken from a standing position. Standing on a 4WD possibly (at a pinch), but most likely taken from a hired scissor lift with a 200+mm telephoto zoom.

In other words, this was pre-medidated by the media. As for how they knew, probably staff / a staff member tipped the media off that the Bulldogs would be there.

Fucken pricks should be investigated.
Its actually illegal to take or make publicly available, photos of people that could not be seen from a public place. So if it turns out that this piece of shit took these photos from a private room in a hotel across the street, or somewhere similar, he could be charged. Also, there are laws against taking nude photos of people without their consent. Would the telegraph have posted these photos, if they were of one of our admin girls ?

Believe it or, jewberg asked for an inquiry into how they took the photos.

For the record, we booked out the 3rd level, it was closed to the public and had security.

Talking Sport should bring out all the snowflake motherfuckers trying to act high and mighty.

Gavin Robinson and Hughes basically call it as it is and are questioning how they got the photos of the private event.

They both said the worst part was Montoya lying on the ground, because that was actually in public.
Pressure is on Greenturd now!

Why wasn't there any complaints made by the public? Because it was done behind closed doors and it was a private function. The media had an agenda and got what they wanted.

But let's face it, it was dumb.
Dumb because you would think they would know on Mad Monday's the media are around following and should have ensured nothing could be seen from outside. It's also dumb because stripping of to Neil Diamonds Sweet Caroline....that'll do me lol
Don't get me it was dumb, but it was still in private, if it wasn't for scum ***** chasing photos of dick, it would of stayed private.

The Daily Telegraph does more damage to the game then players and clubs can ever do. A front page photo of player naked, surely the photographer has broken the Law. Is it not illegal to take a photo of someone in public without their permission. The function was a private event do not the people in the photos have the right to sue the paper. People like Kent and co have too much say in how the game is run thanks to Murdoch. Their opinion is nothing but an opinion and half the time it’s gossip but over the years have damaged the reputations of some good people. Turvey lost his job as CEO because of the rubbish that was written about Coffs. I like many others since the dogs Coffs Harbour crap no longer buy the telegraph.

Phil Rothfield should answer this.

What is worse and more worthy of front page news?

A footballer in Adam Elliot at an indoor private event being captured naked?

Or

A police officer in Daniel Hadley, son of Ray doing a drug deal in a public carpark?

The latter was not splashed all over the front page because the Telegraph and Phil Rothfield chose to put mates before business. Completely hypocritical and unprofessionalism at its best.

Phil Rothfield you are nothing but a keyboard warrior yourself only reporting on news stories that are not only biased and unethical but you are an opportunist blowing your own trumpet.

I think this is for another thread perhaps, but Adam Elliott needs to go to the Police because (and I'm still reading at the moment), but it appears that potentially 2 criminal acts have taken place here by the photographer.

A few days ago the was a picture of a farmer running naked through the rain and no one batted an eye. In fact I was happy for our farmers. No one cared that the bloke was naked. You see more exposed flesh going through the Cross on New years Eve.

I honestly thought something was suss yesterday as no one reported anything about Mad Monday until the stroke of midnight. Clear as day this is a stitch up of the highest order. Usually Mad Monday pics emerge as they happen. Scumbags
