I'd take my chances with a piss test/mouth swab/ blood test considering it was consumed on Monday and testing probably wont happen until at least the end of the week, if not early next week. Tell the integrity unit that you were 'just moving some salt round on the table after knocking the shaker over at lunch' and Munster 'had just spilt a drink on himself so he put his shirt in the wash and was still holding the washing powder as he was dancing on that table'. the problem the players have is that there were non players there also. If they leaked it already then there is a big chance that person would give them up again.
