Big whoop, keys to the city. Unless they make Harbour tunnel and bridge gated access at certain times, then the keys to the city is as much as a prize as getting a season pass to Wet and Wild Prospect, and being told you can only enter after 11am when the place is at capacity and not letting anyone else in.

It's the claytons prize.

Honestly ... may as well have given them:
+ The keys to Clover Moore's place.
+ The master key to Crown's Pokies.
+ The keys to the cell some of them should be in at Silverwater Correctional.
+ The keys to avoid lockouts in Kings Cross (so they can get on the cans and belt another woman up).
+ The keys to their new houses / boats / cars / caravans (given as gifts of course) and not counted in the salary cap.

All of the above have just about as much significance as keys to the city (which is a bit of a shithole anyway execpt the harbour!!)
