Sia Soliola suspended for 5 games. Personally I think it's way too much.

I do too. If Slater doesn't slip it hits him across the chest and nobody cares.

But I also note comments made by Gotenks the other day that it was late and therefore he loses and "slipping" defence.

You lose that defence when the action is so late it was ridiculous.
No way on earth he thought he was hitting him in the head. People need to stop watching footage in slow motion.

Ricky Stuart peeling paint off the walls at Raiders HQ.

Fair enough call, late and he was lining up to hit Slater who had already passed the ball. Instead of targetting someone without the ball why didn't he line up someone with the ball. Learnt that one off his Roosters mate Grub-Greaves who hits players harder without the ball.

Yeah this is ridiculous. The only people coming out and saying he should have been sent off or have a long suspension are QLD or Storm affiliated people.

Billy slipped and paid the price. Every tackle has a swinging arm, Sia aimed for the chest but the target shifted. You can say he has some accountability here, but he didn't intentionally go for Billys head so 5 weeks is too much. 2-3 tops if it is unintentional imo.

It really wasn't that late. If you watch in full speed it is literally the blink of an eye. If Billy did not slip, it would have maybe been a penalty, maybe (plenty of similar hits are not called as penalties).

You can tell if someone has malicious intent as well, this was just a normal hit where the target fell.
