Opinion Should we re-sign Jack Hethrington?

Not yet he has only played on the edge for 1-2 games at the end of the year!

He hasn't proven himself on the edge yet and he doesn't have an off load.
We need to see more of him on the edge before we rush in and re-sign him.

He played on the edge at the Warriors, played edge in 20's and some lock. He has always been a backrower, but yes I'm sure shit not extending his deal before a ball is kicked.

Exactly. If he has a shit game to start the season where he gives away penalties and misses tackles then most of the same people wanting to re-sign him will be the first ones to say we should move him on early before his contract finishes.

I've always thought Hetherington was better suited out wide, but we need to see him play well there more than a handful of times before we all assume he's a full time starter there. This is a make or break season for Hetherington in the NRL.
