Happy with punishment. Was it not just a first offence driving under the influence?? He attended rehab afterwards, ticked the boxes what’s the problem. I’ve known people to get similar sentences to this for same offence. Remember he was proven innocent of previous charges, so they shouldn’t come into this.

Just saw the nine news break and they reported the headline as "Sam Burgess pleads guilty to a number of driving offences".

If it were a Dogs player they would have said "Bulldogs star NAME pleads guilty to a number of serious driving offences, including driving under the influence of illegal drugs".
