And I presume that your more than likely related to the andersons, the great bullfrog himself worked full-time on the club, who are the andersons compared to bullfrog...
Board members don't work exclusively for the company they are are chairing. The ceo and management run the cdo pansy day to day affairs , board is there for governance and provide direction and strategy for ceo to implement. They will also be required to make decision on major items.

Not uncommon for people to be on dozen boards or being chairperson of multiple organisations at the same time

I like that the club isn’t jumping the gun to throw Pay another contract. This off-season should give him a chance to get the team more how he wants it and the club can judge him on his achievements next year, rather than a run of 6-7 games at the end of season.
