Heard a few things that make it sound like Broncos have gone a bit cold on buying another prop for the time being. Reckon we should at least entertain talking to him if we fuck Elliott off. He's an older experienced head with some leadership qualities which we could do with.

James definitely seems on the outer at Canberra and I find it odd they aren't playing him at all, and picking Horsburgh over him. Seems some Canberra fans find it strange too.

I think Horse brah is better but James looks like a genuine leader, when he was with us he was getting into our blokes on field and that's something we've lacked. I'd love it if we had him next season instead of a few other guys.

He can teach them how to time their hitups to get the most advantage, half the time our guys are standing still when they get the ball.

He can teach them how to time their hitups to get the most advantage, half the time our guys are standing still when they get the ball.

That partly falls on the hooker/ forwards trusting him to get a well timed pass to them. Saw a few of our forwards drop from being monsters to looking a bit shit after Ennis moved on. A well timed pass allows them to just concentrate on running hard and bracing for impact.

Asiata at least has a passing game and can play a good link between wide forwards and backs. He offers us a little variety which I think that our attack needs.....it helps to take the pressure off inexperienced halves. Would be a good investment, but not sure that the cap situation will allow us to pick him up.
