Russia has something like 9 air defence systems on or close to the border with Finland. Approximately 4 of those have been dismantled and taken to Ukraine leaving them extremely vunerable to this horrible NATO they were going to war for.

The reality is they don't fear NATO, nor do they plan to use nuclear weapons because if they actually had those plans they'd be doing a hella of a better a job at create a defence around their country.
