There has been 11 so far. There were 22 in the first game this round, 23 in the second, and 15 in the Chooks/Bonks game. It was clear from the first game of the round that they are cracking down on offsides and ruck infringements, so I'd say that this game has been as expected for this round. Also, there are usually more pens etc in the first half than the second.
