As well as McGuire's news, Brisbane hooker Andrew McCullough is pushing to make a shock early return from an elbow injury that was expected to keep him out for at least a month. McCullough trained at hooker on Monday and may yet force his way into the Broncos 21-man team list against Canterbury. Matt Lodge is still troubled by a rib injury, however Wayne Bennett told the press he benched his prop in the second half against Souths due to his performance and not his fitness.

Priest getting a start over To'omaga is a fucking embarrassment. Priest missed part of pre season and has played a couple of minutes off the bench in a single game of ISP. Meanwhile To'omaga has been killing it in ISP week after week yet doesn't get a look in. Pay is so fucked.
