The way the Sutton's ref they are going to look for penalties by the team that seems to be less dominate. RCG and Paulo both ran well over 100 metres in the first half, which is what the thick refs call dominance.

Need Ofa, Thommo, and RFM to start running over the top of blokes, and need to start whacking the Parra guys in the middle of the field. The ref might start looking for penalties by the other team then.

Napa, 5 runs in 32 minutes. Even Ofa in 18 minutes has done more runs. The only forwards with less runs are JMK and Katoa.
