Ben hunt probably wants to return
Score and kick the ball into the crowd
Screw that celebration

I reckon it would be a fitting way for Penrith to pass the crown. They have been worthy champions and how good would it be to beat them and stop their run?

Ciro, Critta, Burton and Kiks keep the championship winning train alive for a dynasty of Bulldog pathway winners.
We've done it before. Beat Dragon's in the 67 finals to end 11 straight, beat the roosters in '76 finals to end their run and beat Parra in the 84 Gf after their 3 in a row. Also knocked Raiders and Broncs out in the '95 finals to end their period of dominance. It's been a while but time to go again.

Last week v Rabbitohs we scored a sweet try on Wilson side. Wilson had speed . We were able to make a break and score. Same game xerri tried the same play down marcelo side but he couldn’t score.

Against the panthers marcelo just could not make any breaks down the edge. He is just too slow.

Since ado Carr has left, we just haven’t been able to run that play. I wonder if we still had the fox, would we have been a much better team?

I miss the cheeky burton fox kicks from our halves
Yep. He fucked us royally the ****, he would still leak points, but gives us that edge when desperate for points. Like they say you can't coach speed.
Unfortunately for us all Wilson hasn't aimed up defensively.

Yeah, they definitely got on top for a while there. But they couldn’t crack our try line apart from the charge down and we still came back and finished the stronger.
They won the long game... it's a lesson we need to learn, because we have played the long game all year... we had to stay in the grind, an opportunity would have presented.. instead we made their job easier

Part of why I would’ve liked Fox around now
days. Adds a element.
Yeah i I think Wilson is the closest like for like but clearly ciro isn't impressed with him because he hasn't yet to own that wing position

Burton can kick from centre if they adjust positions in the set up for the kick.

Other centres have been the long range kickers and he is def the best long kicker of them in order to handle it.
That makes us way too predictable though. You need to have your outside backs as running options on the last.

Interesting that you should say that about a free interchange. According to the NRL website, DSF was a HIA interchange, but the next one was at 26:39 when Curran came on for King & that was interchange #2! So in effect, we didn't get a free interchange at all. Somebody messed up somewhere.

I liked the system where you could get players from the games played in the lower grades. In that way, you could get a more like for like situation, not like you have now. This is the second time we have been disadvantaged by this this year (both DSF as well).

It's because it was a cat 1 and he didn't come back on so counts as an interchange. When someone passes the HIA and comes back on it counts as an interchange as well but the initial change doesn't.

There's Kiks and the winger and the new 5/8 (LG) plus the whole of the rest of the team to assist. Even Burto could run downtown after his kick.

If Galvin is the other kicker on the right, or Sexton for the rest of the season, that should cover last tackle kicks?

If we play like we did on Thursday I dont think the Broncs will match it, if the Panthers have turned the corner so have Canterbury.
Can Ciraldo do a Bellamy and produce clinical week in week out?
I agree mate

Fox 360 last night talked about how good McLean was against Crichton.
The best highlight which they kept showing was when McLean got on the outside of Crichton but Crichton brought him down by the legs.
Did I miss something because if that was the best highlight for McLean then Crichton owned him? Not the other way around.
What I saw was Crichton got past McLean at least a couple of times, the final time being in the last play which nearly won the game.

McLean is playing better, did alright against Critta. Anything special? No. Did he hold himself well? Yes.

Probably riding his meat because he's a rookie.mclean had a solid game but thats just one game agaisnt critta.i reckon critta will burn him next time they play.

Yeah we went for the kill and it didn’t come off NBD, I think Penrith would have been better odds of winning in Golden point anyway.
Going for the win is okay if there was enough time to execute it. The amount of time left demanded the attempt at 2 points first and foremost
