Hughes is purposefully playing big minutes in reggies for his fitness. Next week we have a bye, where he will play big minutes in Cup again. By that time he will rearing to go for 1sts
 
Taffe not centre or in the 17 is one positive

Hughes needs to be in this 17 FFS

Bunnies picked a big bench and obviously coming with the Dolphins mentality big forwards roll over the top of us like how we made Josh Kerr look like prime Payne Haas

Best 6,9 Dally M winning 7 top 5 fullback. Australia and NZ winger, 2 origin players in their pack plus NAS. Add all time great coach. We are more consistent however they are better at their best

I don’t think we’ll see Sua while Wilson is available to come in. Tuala didn’t look fantastic in NSW Cup so not sure where he sits in the pecking order.
I think it was telling that it was Wilson and Sua that went to fullback when Hutchison went off

I’m concerned about our lack of size on the bench… I hope we see Sam Hughes added to the bench and they piss of Turpin to be fair or Kurt Morrin for Hughes and keep Turpin if you want him to play lock at a pinch ?
 
Considering we are missing 4 players for origin, I really like the starting 13. Not sold on the bench though, but Ciraldo normally gets it right.
