My boy is amped up for his game tomorrow too, a double win will make it a great weekend for me, had a rough week and this could be exactly what the doctor ordered.

I'm loving how we are closing out these games. It's much better long-term not having to scrap for longer periods at the end, and get into field goal/ potential golden point type territory.... our attack and set plays hasn't been at its best, but we are pulling tries when we really need them.

Hard not to be buzzing after the last two weeks. Even my wife was getting all gangster at the game tonight which is a real concern. Her job is to keep me calm at the games.

A huge effort from the team tonight considering the number of key players we had out. I thought Hopoi was huge for us and Morrin's last two games have been his best in first grade and I can't recall seeing a single spilt ball from him.

We were lucky at times although Burton's 40/20 could have gone either way and the penalty for Tedesco's knock on at the tryline was laughable, I'm not sure what the defender can do in that moment.

I just noticed this in one of the twitter responses to Gus and it made me laugh;

Hopefully, we can give the comebacks a rest for a month or so because they are not good for my health.

On problem is Zac Lomax was in beast mode plus, I thought Kiraz did enough to get the nod but it’s going to the judges, ladies and gentlemen.
