How wonderful it is to be able to convert 4 points into 6 :grinning: The last time I was this comfortable with our conversion rate was when Hazem El Masri was taking shots at goal.

Not sold on him yet lots of last line defence that leads to tries & stupid penalities given away.

Martin doesn’t look very fit which I think is part of the problem. He is definitely a work in progress but the goal kicking is a bonus

If he drops his Elliot in his game then he is a regular FG'er

Hidden diamond mate. I can't understand why they have kept him back for so long. Yeah he has made some silly errors when he has played FG but name one in the team or NRL for that matter who hasn't?

Excellent work Mr Martin keep it up. Hope the club realises your worth.
Don't get too excited. If he wasn't a good kicker everyone would've been calling for his head with those errors and penalties last night. I can see why Pay had to kick him up the blot and get him focussed. His defence is OK at this stage nothing more. He still has a lot of work to do to guarantee his spot in the side but last night was a plus for him overall. It's up to him now to learn from JJ and Klemm.

How would Lichaa go as a back rower. He can tackle and he would have more room to move.
Put him on the bench and play Woolford as hooker. Leave Eastwood out.

If Woolford steps up it may work, although Lichaa needs another 5-10kgs to make a reasonable backrower. He's only about 90 or so now I think. Still he might make an "Auberson" type of player.

If he was handed the goal kicking duties against the Sharks earlier this year, we win that game.

Very good goal kicker but gives away silly penalties in the ruck

He should have been in fg from round one

11. Martin
12 rfm
13 jacko

With more match fitness and experience he’d be a very very good fg player

Hope reports of him going to cows are false
