We keep hearing South Sydney and NSW Origin head of high-performance Travis Touma has been approached by Phil Gould to take over at the Canterbury Bulldogs.

He is a physio and also former reserve grade player. Think he might have played for the dogs from memory
Wiki said he played for Lebanon, no mention of any other games.

Sounds like he was moved on from Roosters after an unacceptably high injury toll, and moved over to Souths as a result.

That's another Touma.

Are you thinking of Joe Thomas (the guy who played for Bulldogs) and his mother was Mary Touma. Mary was murdered sadly over a decade ago.

Anyone would be better than Ferris. As expected Gus and Ciraldo will make the strength and conditioning situation one of their biggest priorities and do everything they can to address it.
We might not be the best team on paper next year but being the fittest will definitely go a long way.
I’m more than confident that CC will have us absolutely primed.

He offered his services to the club a few years ago, Pay wasn't interested. He is brilliant at what he does, had the roosters at optimum levels for a decade and is currently part of the nsw set up. Moved to souths this season, very highly thought of in the game, he would be top 2-3 when it comes to HP.

We had a high performance guy recently ? The knew guy certainly doesn't have "big shoes to fill" . . . BYO shoes would be more accurate
