Could hardly consider pay's methods coaching, this is probably what he says while addressing the players at gameday:

Alright boys, everyone knows we're a young side, no one wants to win so don't try and play enterprising footy, just hit it up one out and make sure tolman and elliot touch the ball at least 3 times a set, if they don't get enough ball, someone's getting dropped!!
