lol - shows how long its being since you've had a owner occupier mortgage. take out my 0.2% bonus and its the same anyone can get if they hunt around enough. Which is 4.83. Oops - unloan a CB refinancer are offering 4.7. Bendigo are offering 4.7. U have no fckng idea as usual.

Or they can go the bank of Natboy. Throw out the spare change to struggle street moneybags. C'mon - couple of mill is spare change - u sure love to tell us all about it. Sure u got plenty to spare.....
You said big bank but let’s see how many other people on the forum can contact CBA and get a loan under 5% today. I’ll wait and if they do I’ll apologise

I give too much already to you houso scum and now the communists want my super. As the Albanian in Taken says to Liam Neeson, good luck

U apologise? Fck u are funny. Btw - never taken a cent from the govt on benefits so nice try.

And now u whinging about Albo taxing your multi million dollar super. Which the libs wanted to do but felt they were too fckd up to get it passed. And Labour have already said its a thing for the next election campaign. So u get to vote on it - unlike a range of shite the libs fested on the public over the years - without having a chance to vote on it. Normally donkey vote but now I know its fckng u up - I'm all in. Too funny - go Albo.

And whinging about having your super gazillions taxed on a thread were people are complaining about mortgage stress. You really have no idea do you. Throw the riffraff some cake dckhead - they'll be fine....

Sure I did - go back and quote where I did. That should keep you busy instead of whinging about your millions in super.

$3M plus in super is it? U must be struggling so much you have to keep going on a mortgage stress thread. Please keep going though - sure most of the punters here who are worried about there homes are very keen to hear 'rich boy' struggles....

Surely you can spare some of these bros some coin. Go on big pockets - share the love :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

You know you did and when I asked how a couple working 140 hours a week could sponge a housing commission house ahead of genuine needy people you had a cry to the mods to have the posts deleted.

You were the one who told us you were on $500 an hour to exaggerate about climate change. That may have been a lie like how you told us you were in your 30’s but in the next post said you were a teenager at the 1980 grand final haha

One of us is lying about an interest rate he doesn’t have to sound clever and one of us is actually trying to give people advice. Everyone knows who is who

You still here moneybags?
You call me a liar?
Since I asked the mods to delete the thread fairly sure it had more to do with you slagging off my dead mother.
$350 a hour consulting. And nothing to do with climate change. And if u know a thing about consulting its not exactly a 9-5 job.
Go find the 30's post. Off u go - teenager in the 84 GF but hey - u got the decade right.
And I'm lying about my own mortgage. To... I guess, fck it, I've no idea why you think I would do that. And what actual advice have you provided to anyone other than whining that your $40M super might get taxed - on a mortgage stress thread. And you're still going.
Shouldn't you be burning hungies smoking cubans?

Haha. The bloke is a compulsive liar so hard to believe. He moves away from his original post every comment he makes. I want to see here someone with a current rate mid 4’s or even under 5 with a big bank, as in CBA, ANZ etc. I’ll wait

I'm a liar? You not reading my posts eh Scrooge? You asked what rate - told you. You asked how - told you. You called me out, showed how every line was full of it.

Its cool - you gave me some validation - the moment you went into my profile to put a reaction, knew for sure that I was completely and utterly in your head. And guess what, money cannot buy your way out of that. Might need to ask your team for a decent emotional intelligence advisor - that might help. :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

And btw - sucked in about your super. My houso buddies will be cheering - sure its gunna be a windfall.

I wasn’t talking to you bitch but you’ve showed no proof and have even claimed you got a discounted interest rate because your mate works for the bank haha. We know you don’t have mates for starters

I already stated last year when the communists got in I would move more off shore and I can guarantee my super won’t be touched by them either. I did say that last night. If you think I’m a Scrooge and don’t help people you know nothing about me

My original CBA loan was great, the fixed rate ended, i saw a better rate with another bank, im like match that shit or im gone, they did instantly.
when that rate ended, they were like nah, so i went to NAB, but as it took time the rate i paid for 2 months prior to the rate with NAB was 4.95, me and the misses were like, fek that's crazy, but our Rate ends soon and if we could pay under 5% i'll be happy.

shits getting crazy expensive, just fruit for my boy to take to school costs like $100 a week

Lol - someone else is the liar then? or are you saying that you can talk about people but they cannot respond? wow - super power trip #1.
"we know blah blah" - is that a Royal 'we'? super power trip #2
I move my assets offshore to avoid tax. super power trip #3...

So on a mortgage stress thread, you not only flaunt your wealth (like you do everywhere else on this forum), you describe your self in a royal fashion and then proceed to say fck the australian economy (which is driving rates), I'm going super dooper tax evasion. Did I miss anything?

I know - us poor people with mortgages are here for your amusement. "We are not amused" eh?

You just don't read the room do you? Royal privilege Prince Andrew? :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy: :tearsofjoy:

A lot of people are going to be in for a rude shock when their fixed rates come off this year, and its going to have a bigger impact than people have given thought to.

This will include myself - i have a large chunk of mine fixes at 2% on my place and abut 2.4% on other stuff, for another year thankfully.

i think my variable component is just on 5% or maybe a tad over. i should check it more often TBH.
