Ok, seriouse discussion.
We are all aware of this trend with people not wanting to be identified as a boy or a girl.
And it appears on many occasions these people are particulatly vocal on how you refer to them.
Refeering to them as a he, or she is a huge no no.
Many of them prefer to be referred to as a them, their, they.
My question is, how do you actually apply that in any coherrant conversation?.
Them, they, their, is usually used in conversation or a sentence when refeering to more than one individual.
Ok example.
A boy has his sisters ball, and she wants it back,
You intervein
You say to the boy
"Come on now, give it back to her, she wants it back and its her ball"
Now same conversation only the sister wants to be identified as they, them their.
"Come on now, give it back to them, they wants it back and its their ball"
It doesnt work,
