Crapping on version: "Ladies and Gentleman, today I will be presenting to you on the subject of the nations greatest sport. The sport of Rugby League".

Thinking back to my debating days (and god thats a long time ago) 5-7 minutes (depending on how fast you present) would be about an A4 page or two.

Just did a couple of speeches at uni and round about 800 words got me just under 5 mins both times
