Seems like it's a solid build from the ground up with talented youngsters being recognised and given the tools to succeed and not just all talk. A formidable and experienced GM in Gould and the building blocks in place for the first grade team. Not quite fully in place this year, but a great accomplishment to have the near rebuild we have so quickly.

Spine will come.

Now up to coaching/conditioning staff, along with the players, to bring it home.
