The niggle
Gets under the opposition skin… it’s part of footy

it worked most the time
Last year
Occasionally worked imo, with players like jack Hetherington .Just concentrate energy on getting the tackling n passing working.

I hope so. I can’t see a better option.
I really don’t hate the niggle either, I just hate that he seems to be the only person to get penalised for it.

I'm pretty sure he's the only player to have been threatened with a trip to the bin for giving the opposition lip.

Well Gus said kiraz won't see the start of the season and hasn't trained all summer. Wilson and Montoya no other options currently unless we get sua to play we are light in the backs

Sua can play.
Wilson in.
Kiraz won’t be out all that long.

You realise kiraz has had this injury since the start of last year if it's not so serious it would of been good by now. Very worrying for kiraz hopefully gets better soon

I would forget more about rugby league than you know. Please understand that

What’s wrong with Kiraz? In the podcast with Kempy he was saying he felt great and was happy to do the preseason feeling fantastic for the first time in two years

Gus just said he hasn't trained and will miss the start of the season

I actually watched a few games on replay and took note of when penalties and 6 again calls were made. If they were early in the count or late and alongside of some other indicators of how refs are leaning, it clearly showed that they were prone to using the rules to cause fatigue for about the first hour, then throwing the team who'd been on the wrong end a bunch of repeat sets in the first tackle as the game wound down.

So it absolutely is a way they exploit the rules.
The Rugby League Eye Test (I think is the name) does a great analysis on this.
I havent looked for a year or two, but it was very dim viewing for Bulldogs when I last looked.
A lot of penalties and set restarts against us, late in the count and early in the match.
Difficult to overcome the fatigue from there, throw a few back our way at the end to try and even the count and move on.
