As the Aus real estate market has gone stupid, what are some other noteworthy items that will become a hot commodity?

Vehicles
80s & 90s holden commodore and 90s 2 door JDMs (in good condition ofcourse) as parts are rare or becoming harder to source

All these stuff have already rocketed in price and will continue to increase...

I'd assume any classic/vintage 4WDs. We have already seen Land Rovers/Range Rovers, FJ45 Land Cruisers and some 60 Series increase. I wouldn't be surprised if GQ Patrols start to rise with similar vehicles following.

My prediction is that many vehicles will steadily increase in value for another 12 months then drop drastically.

The current increase is due to the semi-conductor shortage. With new factories being built, the shortage will last until around mid to late 2022, early 2023 at the latest. Then the prices of cars, phones, laptops, graphics cards, anything with a semi-conductor will drop.

But they can’t produce the quality TSMC produce apparently. Very far off

Unvaccinated sperm :tearsofjoy:
It would be true if sperm didn't die but the thousands every second. 100,000 sperm die every day, and that same amount are newly created. I doubt any of the sperm inside me are still alive from when I got vaxed.
