They will but it looks like they've missed out on the most ideal one. I still can't believe it so I'm not giving up until his future is sorted.

No, we most likely wont be signing another marque...the Foran, Woods debacles didnt end well for us. We will look instead at value for money and build the team from the ground up rather than seek out high priced imports. Theres nothing wrong with that. There are many high priced imports now running around in the NRL not worth the money teams spent to acquire them.....Hunt, Norman, Jack Bird, Woods, Crichton to name 5.

Kyle Flanagan is another - to the Roosters to be fair. He appeared on Fox (Matty John's Show) after signing for the Roosters and was asked to use sounds for the animals (mascots) that were interested. He made bawk and woof sounds. I'm not sure if it came out through the media? I'm not re watching but I'm pretty sure it was during this:

100% but being after and signing are 2 worlds apart when it comes to our club.

id rather chase a select few and be successful signing them than chase 10 and miss out on every single one
Also creates a bad rep and image for the club that no one wants to come here

The club are criticised if they don’t approach players but are also criticised if they do and miss out.
I agree with a lot of what you say finchie but I’d rather go after every suitable player until that confident builds.

Some people (not you) need to remember why that confidence has been lost. It can’t be an easy job trying to recruit after that

Definitely not mate. Still very active. The whole NRL has been very quiet with new signings, especially for 2021. Hopefully Foran pulls the pin ASAP. That’s a lot of money spare all of a sudden!

It could mean they are refusing our club before we even make an offer.
Or we have done the DNA tests and they have all failed
