The game & loss yesterday shows its the players that are our biggest problem and not the coach..

Opposition team is down by 2 players and our spine players & others still didnt know how to take advantage of it..

At NRL level players should be able to take advantage of the situation..

Bloody oath it is. He can only give then instructions, someone seeing it as it is, black an white.. it’s called being a realist.!!
Agree man. We have been through 3 coaches and 90% of these players have been at the club for 3 years and have achieved nothing. Most of the players aren't up to standard and that's why most are likely to be moved on.

As I said in another post, Averillo played well yesterday but that play on the last when he did the cross-field kick when they had 11 ultimately cost us the game, either a kick in goal, through the hands or even taking the tackle and we get a repeat set or they’re bringing the ball out with 11 and we win.

The game management just missing completely, an older head in the halves would’ve sorted that out.

Barrett did give clear instructions about letting the halves run and for the forwards to go threw the middle.
We tried to go around with our slow ball spread.

Agree mate, but also, if u were coach and we were actually in the game like yesterday with a big chance to win it, would u leave a bloke on who has made numerous mistakes, given away momentum changing penalties, or would u have dragged him off, before he ultimately costs you the game?

With the exception of renouf, get rid of the other 14 and use Elliot as a swap with another club,

Most these players are from Dess ball and then pay. Unfortunately Simpson is not up to it nice bloke but not up to it. Britt less said the better but he’s not his dad. Elliot we all know the off season. Well look at the riff when they had the player sex tape. It effected them plus some other players where let go that where apparently involved in something not going to add to the rumours but it effected the team dynamic and morale. And Elliot is not on the class of the ones let go. Centres are weak fullback not settled and dummy half who struggle with the basics all inherited. Our back row doesn’t match the modern game. No impact from the bench. He is on a hiding to nothing. We need some forwards to support Thompson and Ava. Deitz I’m not completely sold on yet. A settled half and fullback with two more explosive forwards. Keep Atoni. The rest are although good servants need to be reviewed

Mate what cost us the game was Waddell not passing, and Elliot giving a penalty to get Canberra back in the game

‘They were key moments but for me the Averillo play was the worst of the bunch, it enabled the Raiders attack.

True that, even Cronk was saying it. They needed to be patient and pick them off in the middle and when the time is right then strike them outwide. We could of had a field day but instead we kept going wide straight away. Just no brains
