Ended up with this lovely girl. Great family and guard dog.

I had a male Rotty that lived to 16 years old.
He was unbelievable still guarding the place till his last breath.
I could wash him without a lead.
And his brain was like it was in synk with mine.
If i didnt trust someone neither did he.

They're a special breed.

I put my girl down today.
7 1/2 year old Rottie, Sura. One of the best dogs I've ever had.
Always such a shit thing to go thru, first time doing it as a dad and having to explain it to my 7 and 4 year old makes it even harder.

So sorry to hear..Pets..actually that name is a disservice to them..they are family members.. give unconditional love and devotion. They are here for such a short time, but their impact last years beyond the time they spend with us.. Commiserations for your loss..

He was a striking looking dog. His mum was a bull terrier so he was pretty thick.
