Andrew Webster just posted from Sydney morning herald regarding one of Panthers players who is high profIle have been involved in a sex tape and the girl is struck in the video , player identified has a fore arm tattoo, any ideas ? Hilarious but fuck the nrl players are dumb.

MOD EDIT:
https://www.smh.com.au/sport/nrl/pa...est-nrl-sex-tape-scandal-20190302-p511d3.html

Penrith playmaker Tyrone May has been omitted from the club’s final trial against Parramatta on Saturday night after becoming the latest player involved in a sex-video scandal.

The Panthers apologised to all stakeholders after the tape emerged on social media just hours after Bulldogs prop Dylan Napa was fined 10 per cent of his 2019 salary for his “Big Papi” sex tapes.

May is considered one of the game’s best young talents, making 19 first-grade appearances since making his debut in 2017. The tape was leaked just as NRL CEO Todd Greenberg warned players they could expect lengthy bans if any newly created tapes found their way into the public domain from Friday. It’s understood the video featuring May is about nine months old.

There are two tapes, featuring two men and two different women. One of them shows a man involved in a sex act calling a woman a “f---king ratbag” while her head is being pushed during the act. The other shows a man placing his hands around a different woman’s neck during a sex act.

The NRL integrity unit has been made aware of the videos and is poised to interview May about his involvement. Those close to May say the 20 year old is struggling after the tapes became public.

"Penrith Panthers was made aware late Friday afternoon of two videos involving a Panthers player being circulated on social media," the Panthers said in a statement.

"The club promptly informed the NRL integrity unit and has been assisting with their enquiries over the last 24 hours.

"Panthers wishes to unreservedly apologise to the club’s members, fans and sponsors for the hurt and embarrassment caused by the videos and subsequent media coverage.

"Panthers players and staff are acutely aware of the responsibility they have to the club and to the game to maintain impeccable standards of behaviour.

"The club does not hesitate to act by way of disciplinary action when these standards are not met.

"Panthers is working closely with the NRL integrity unit to expedite the investigation and achieve a final outcome as soon as possible."

Greenberg described the Napa videos as “gross, juvenile and disrespectful” on Friday but chose not to suspend him, partly because they were filmed five years ago.

“If there was a grading in our system for stupidity, this behaviour would be at the very top end,” Greenberg said.

The Panthers are in damage control after two more players were named in the latest lewd video circulating social media.
The Daily Telegraph’s Dean Ritchie told NRL Tonight that Tyrone Phillips and Liam Coleman were two of the players in the video.

“I can reveal two players involved in it are Tyrone Phillips and Liam Coleman,” Ritchie said.

“They were due to play ISP with a chance to play first grade this year.”

Coleman is already facing indecent assault charges from an incident in the off-season also involving Wests Tigers prop Zane Musgrove.

According to NRL.com, the Panthers have passed on the name of a player from a rival club to the Integrity Unit who they believe could be the source of the leaked videos. That player is reportedly set to be interviewed by the NRL on Tuesday.

Earlier on Monday in a statement, the Panthers club said the footage allegedly involves “Panthers players” and they are co-operating with the NRL’s Integrity Unit.

“Penrith Panthers is aware of a video allegedly involving Panthers players being circulated on social media,” the club said.

“The NRL Integrity Unit is also aware of the video and the club has been assisting with their inquiries.”

This follows a recent sex-tape leak involving 22-year-old utility Tyrone May.

May was exposed as one of the men involved in the footage on Saturday, and he’s seen calling a woman a “f...ing ratbag” and pushing the back of her head during a sex act.

There is no suggestion of any criminal wrongdoing.

Just hours before the Panthers sent out their press release, veteran Josh Mansour revealed the leak was being felt throughout the club.

“I’ve got nothing to worry about but obviously some people have videos out there that are private and are getting into the wrong hands, so I’d definitely be worried no doubt,” he said on Monday.

“The person that’s leaking the videos what’s his motive you know? It’s not the greatest form but again it’s the day and age we live in and it’s so sad to say, and I’m so scared to live in it and be a part of it.

“I’ve got a daughter of my own and I’m scared to see... what she has to go through. Like I said we just have to get through this tough period.”

TO ANYONE POSTING IN THIS THREAD, PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING:
1. Do NOT mention any other names except for those reported by the media in these scandals. This includes the identities of those that may be in the videos but not named by a media outlet.
2. Do NOT ask for links, or PMs, or anything in relation to finding and viewing the videos. It is possible this will become a revenge porn crime.
3. Do NOT insinuate, name, or infer the names of any players that may be presumed to leaking such videos.

Posts on the above will be removed, and those breaching the above multiple times will be removed from the thread.

Because its the only way this generation know how to act. Everything they do revolves around their phones, they are everywhere. Constantly using phones fishing for approval from their peers on every little thing they do.

If they dont share it on their phone with friends how else will they communicate, what talk face to face?? LOL.

For ‘professional’ sports people that are in the public eye you would think they would be smarter about their after hrs activities. Just idiots bringing the good ones down with them. They have to start being smarter if they want a living in the nrl.

Penrith player Tyrone May has reportedly been arrested and charged by NSW Police over the latest sex tape scandal engulfing the NRL.

Channel 9 is reporting May was arrested and issued two separate charges, allegedly from two separate victims of the leaked tapes.

May has been charged with disseminating and filming the footage without consent.

Wel if he filmed it then he must of released it. E.g released it to someone who could of then leaked it to more people, but it started with May sharing it initially.

This appears to be worse than the Napa vids , I would expect the NRL to give greater punishment then Napa.
We will get to see how "consistent " the NRL in handing out punishments or does it only punish the better supported clubs in Sydney who have supporters no matter what happens to their clubs on and off the field

Love how he harps on about Due diligence, then in the next breath he offers the clubs affedted by this shit Cap relief.....

This bloke has just ruined his career, highly doubt he released the vid/vids. Now the chick involved has spoken out this way this will get messy for whoever is involved.

Yep. Means he's been charged with sharing the video around without permission.

It's part of the new revenge porn laws, and if guilty that's his career over as Police and courts will make an example of him.

Carries jail time.

CRIMES ACT 1900 - SECT 91Q - Distribute intimate image without consent

(1) A person who intentionally distributes an intimate image of another person: (a) without the consent of the person, and (b) knowing the person did not consent to the distribution or being reckless as to whether the person consented to the distribution, is guilty of an offence.

1 penalty unit = $110. So $11,000 max fine and/or 3 years prison PER offence.

Could that just be classed as sending it to the whats app group?

So basically he was disseminating while inseminating?

2 counts of disseminating and 2 of filming without consent for May.

That's a potential maximum sentence of 12 years.

Will May be the first player suspended under the "No Fault" rule?

I don't know if the rule covers the potential total sentence for multiple charges or if the player needs to be charged with an offence that carries a max of 11 years.
