what people think is the bigger story in rugby league at the moment.

the tragic passing of a true legend of the game in steve rogers



or a stupid twit and his drunken affairs in craig gower.

I'd wipe my arse with the Gower news at the moment compared with what has happened to Rogers.

Gower's incident isnt that huge i think alot of people know what he was going to get.

Steve Rogers is much bigger than this because how will it effect Matty now that he has lost both his parents and that we have lost one of the best centre's our game has ever seen.

As some1 said before... Gower deserved what he got. Steve Rogers death is more important as he was a legend, and cant be "replaced".​

This is not a popularity contest. They're two different stories from the NRL, with one a tragic loss, and the other needing all the help he can get before he winds up down the depression pit.

What seems to have gone almost unnoticed is that the very day Gower loses his captaincy due to alcohol abuse, the Knights proudly announce a new alcohol sponsor for 2006.
