From memory it's when the fracture is near the ligament and part of the bone gets pulled away.
The bone becomes brittle and cant bare any weight after this for a long time....its similar to what kept Willie Mason sidelined for 9 months after he did the same thing playing a stupid rep game in USA many moons ago.

The good news is Foran doesn’t appear to be needing any surgery or clean ups. He finished the year playing and now has a platform to work from in the pre season

BS even you said pressure on Pay to get it right 2020 and start well!

No excuses 2020: except sounds like Natboy will still offer em up :grinning:
I dont believe there were any grounds for excuses this year wendog.
The whole thing they carried on all season is pay does not have the squad he wants.
Well hes not making any changes. 2 blokes getting released he had re sighned.
So that argument we had to listen too by pays closest fans, u can now chuck out the window.

Like ive said a thousand times since pay took over. We have underachieved.
Im rooting for him. But i know him, he needs good coaches to help him, or where fucked.
I love bellamys way of thinking.
Every year is a premiership year or dont bother coming to the storm.
If the fan base and club dont drive that high level supremacy. Why would players bother playing to that high consistent level if its not expected.

Going into Dean's 3rd year at running the show. Time is up on excuses.

We either tried to get Api, Ramien, Ese, Robson and whoever and didn't get them OR Pay only wanted Katoa, Stimson and Britt (at this stage)

Scenario one...we didn't get the players we wanted cos we couldn't attract them

Or

Scenario two...we only wanted and were successful in getting the guys we got.

The club's recruitment so far has only landed us average ability players as yet....if they play above themsekves in 2020 from what we have already seen, it will be well done to Pay. He has got what he bought whichever way you look at it.

I hope there's a few more signings and releasing of players cos we have not strengthened our vulnerable, positional shortcomings to improve the team and results.

2020 season means excuses have run out!

Not ideal at all, really needed To'omaga to get through a full pre season.

Yeah I think the average punter underestimates the importance of a pre-season.
That cardio base they build and the mobility strength etc.
Bennet references that a lot.

On a positive Forans first full pre season in a while.

Definitely. Hopefully he doesn't miss too much time and manages himself well during this period and can slot straight back into the side for round 1. The more NRL footy he plays, the better he gets.
