I suspect that Creedence has got a lot more sense than the people on here bagging him for giving away a penalty. The draw that came from it is the best possible result for us. We get to qualify third unless Norths can produce a miracle, and, instead of playing Newtown again, we get to play Penrith, and half of their team are likely to be missing, because they will be filling in for first grade while the stars get a rest.

Hate to say it but a draw was on the cards...hard fought for draw...but confirmed Oki is a worry.

I think they were explaining it on the coverage. 1st gets a week off, second play third for a chance to play first to go straight to the grand final. 4th and 5th play an elimination, the winner plays loser out of second and third. Winer plays loser out of 1st and second or third. So big difference between coming third or fourth.

Week 1:

1st gets a bye.
Game 1 = 2nd vs 3rd.
Game 2 = 4th vs 5th - Loser eliminated.

Week 2:

Game 3 = 1st vs Winner Game 1 - Winner into the GF.
Game 4 = Loser Gamer 1 vs Winner Game 2 - Loser eliminated.

Week 3:

Game 5 = Loser Gamer 3 vs Winner Game 4 - Winner into the GF & Loser eliminated.

Week 4:

GF = Winner Game 3 vs Winner Game 5.

No that's not correct! Depends on tomorrow’s game between the bears and mounties... if the bears beat mounties by more than 47 (highly unlikely) we don't get a second chance! If bears win by under 47 (highly likely) we get a second chance... also if mounties beat bears (highly unlikely) we get a second chance! So odds are we will get a second chance
