Flamingo was putrid 1st half, wrong options, wrong passes, not stepping up and directing the team.
He played better in the 2nd when Papa obviously stepped up and took control of the team.

We’ve got some diamonds in reserves I reckon… we need to be careful developing them. I’m willing to kind of throw in the towel this season for first grade and not chuck in any of the young guys. Bring them along slowly and give them 1 game in top grade. Next year some of them will be ready to go

Yeah against para we need 4 forwards, none of this carrying a utility to play limited minutes rubbish.

Are you thinking of Mitchell Woods? - he is quick - but only 17. Oneill, have seen him play many times since hm sgball etc - is prepared to run the ball, not afraid of contact but i wouldn't consider quick.

Well whoever played 6 yesterday. Didn't get in the clear but his acceleration was very quick.

Problem is cup is such a step down from NRL these days, KO, Rajab, BBO, Even Flanagan and Wakum look like word betters in cup, Its so hard to know if that will translate to first grade.
