You're right Marty. The stupid book I was looking in has GFs from 1954, but before that it was all mixed up. GF's were only played if two teams finished on equal points ffs!
Then it was changed around again??????

So since 1954 when the semis format was adopted, the dogs have lost 6 GFs. Before that it was a different system.
