Is there any where that they spell out the purpose of the fund? I can't seem to find anything apart from an open-ended idea that it can be used however they see fit providing everyone agrees on it. What does that mean? Is it for current players, retired players, injured players?

I haven't heard much about it until this point. So I can't help you with information.

I seem to remember there was a thought that it would be set up to save the players from themselves. Players spending all their dosh and having nothing left when they finish the game...
