How is it proof the salary cap isn't working? A team comes first and a team comes last every year you drunk. Every year (forever, cap or no cap) the top team has plenty of rep players and the other has none. It wasn't the cap that stuffed us it was bad management and leadership, and that's always the case with perennial shit teams like we've been. For example, if Sheens could do what Gus does he'd be doing it, but he can't, so they'll stay shit even with the same cap as everyone else. Meanwhile we'll go up because we've fixed the leadership holes.NRL 2022: Phil ‘Buzz’ Rothfield reveals his Top 50 players of the year

The NRL Top 50 is further proof that the salary cap is not working.
Eight of the top clubs share 41 of the players, headed by the Penrith Panthers.
The Panthers head the Top 50 with eight players, despite losing Api Koroisau and Billy Kikau.
The Newcastle Knights, the Dolphins and the Warriors don’t have a player between them.
The Top 50 list shows the Bulldogs are ready to knock on the door for the finals.
They now have four players on the list – Josh Addo-Carr, Matt Burton, Reed Mahoney and Viliame Kikau.
Sounds like jealousy to me, hates knowing that Gus is leading the Bulldogs out of the dark days and back to the powerhouse club they’ve always been ..NRL 2022: Phil ‘Buzz’ Rothfield reveals his Top 50 players of the year

Why are we the only club to have our 4 players named ?
When we hold the trophy up he might have to write a column admitting that Gus knows his shit …
