Pay even said himself a few weeks ago other than Klemmer and Jackson, the others aren't stepping up. If there was a way we could get rid of the rest and start again, I would.

We lost by two points against the competition leaders. Let's get some perspective. We were being flogged by much more against lesser sides. OK, we lost; and it hurts to be so close; but that was a massive improvement over the start of the year, and look at the talent in the side we were playing. If we finally get to play some of our bottom eight partners, we might just string a few wins together. Pay has made a difference, with very little to work with.

Theres only so long the board can hide behind the "Pay doesn't have the players" arguement before either they need to take action, or action needs to be taken against them.

Lets not forget it's the actions of a director (who has appointed himself as a Recruitment Manager for the club - no doubt on a large wage) that is upsetting the team dynamic by shopping around players during the season.

Nothing's going to change this year; no matter who does what - except for the coach, who is already making a difference.
