So I have connected to Netflix in the last 30 days meaning that I am still in the free trial period, so the timing of this email is very convenient if indeed it is a scam - which I suspect.

The email address though looks legit - netflix@e.netflix.com.au

Is this a scam? The regular Netflix email go straight to my inbox.

They don’t know your name, and they’re greasing you to provide your credit card info ?
100% a scam.

I can't figure out how they'd get that email domain though - plus they started sending them to me the precise time I get Netflix! I reckon they've somehow hacked into Netflix database to get the info of recently signed-up individuals.

Bro, they do it with financial institutions, especially the "you've been locked out, click here to re-enter your details.

Best advice for internet finance, open a debit card account and transfer only what you need when you need and keep it at 0 bucks

Come on, take a chance, live on the wild side.
Trust strange emails that don't make any sense!

The end result will be a Greek arresting a Greek either way!

Whenever they don’t produce your name, automatically your scam alarm bells should be going off

Seriously? That is the worst attempt I've seen at a scam.

The website is wrong, the grammar is wrong, the spacing of sentences and capital letters are wrong.

Oh and nndflix.com isn't even a working domain, it can be registered.

Complete and utter fuckup whoever tried this scam...

I went to a website that was hyperlinked in the email just for the LOLs and it had a French (.fr) domain.
