Nice signing for the Cowboys.
He left to be close to his family. We were never getting him.We should've got him instead of gunning for Burpie Frech.
Will have to wait and see. They were supposed to be dangerous this year as wellCowboys are going to be dangerous next year, Morgan will be given the keys to the attack like he was at the end of 2017 and they will have McLean healthy partnering Taulmalalo and Hess with Barba out the back.
Herbert got the boot.I wonder if Herbert re-signs with the Dragons now that Nene has left? Pearson is an ok depth signing for the Dragons but they look weaker coming into the new season
Went alright in 2017 with him missing last halfThey'll have 2 speedsters with Barba and Nene there next year. Problem is... no Thurston! Will be interesting to see how they go without him long-term for the first time in over a decade!
Yeah I know Herbert hasn’t been kept but this could have changed their mind. Didn’t Lichaa get the boot then the club decide to re-sign him?Herbert got the boot.
They'll probably line up rd 1 with this 1-7 based off what's been said in the media and what the majority of Cowboys fans think:So that means a fully fit Cowboys backline is what?
1. Barba
2. Feldt
3. Opacic
4. McDonald
5. Gela-Mosby
Plus Carlin Anderson
Add to that Te-Marie Martin, Michael Morgan, Jake Clifford, Ben Hampton all floating around the halves.
Jake Granville at hooker (probably with Martin/Hampton off the bench).
Maybe even Asiata
Taumalolo, Cooper, Hess, McLean, Scott, Bolton
The only question is the halves.. if they link up (and with low injuries) Cowboys are definite contenders you'd think.
