We've already spent 1m for 22 (I'm alluding to we can't spend as much as you've suggested we can).

I think 5-7 out of the 14 will be retained. I think it's very likely at least a few players will be retained (most likely at a discounted price).

There are players we obviously need to promote.

I just want a quality hooker, e.g. Brandon Smith and a quality prop, e.g. Toby Rudolf (I'd love Leota but he contracted for another year).

I think at full strength and with those 2 additions we'll be able to compete. Our depth is always going to be an issue but that's what the salary cap does to bottom teams.

I think someone like Naden would be a good player to target to strengthen the backs, he'll come cheap too. I'd probably have Averillo playing fullback in reserve grade because that's the only way I see him being a part of our team in the future.

We did the right thing by going after Leniu. I think we need 1 experienced prop (if Thompson doesn't fire) and then we need to target the junior guns (players like Leniu).

Leniu would of been perfect. A lot of players like Leniu have already been locked up. There were 3-4 we could of signed and we've ended up with none of them. I'm struggling to see anyone else.
