We don't need to move Thompson at all, he's doing a terrific job and has showed this year he's a quality prop close to the elite calibre. With the limited games he's played he's already been one of our most impactful players.

Also Flanagan can't run and doesn't have the smarts of a dummy half to play 9.

I'll be surprised if he doesn't finish his contract with us (he's on too much, but when you remove the veteran allowance from his salary what he's on is fine imo). For what it's worth (I know our team is shit) before his injury I believe he was one of our best players at that point of the season.

Mate agree with ya, then he has to take a hit for the team and either be allowed to get benched or start from the bench because guys like Atoni are only going to get poached by other clubs and that’s something we can’t afford

100%. I'm scared we'll lose Atoni (the longer we wait the more it's going to cost to retain him), I actually had him going better than Thompson on the weekend. The last 3 weeks he's been up there every week.

Mate that’s what I’ve been saying ATONI should be starting 13 the amount of pressure he would take off the forwards and backs in defence alone would be huge.
