Grahame Hughes said it perfectly on Talkin Sport, Moses is talented, but does he use that talent consistently enough through out the 80 minutes to pay him 1.3, he didn’t believe he does, he’s in and out of games, unlike a Cleary, DCE or a Munster who are in every thing thought out the whole 80 minutes .. Parra are paying 1.3 because where else are they going to find a replacement.
