If you are looking for a first grade opportunity then you are guaranteed one here, and if you turn it down here only to be a reserve in your current club then your a fuckwit.

We definitely need a a big aggressive prop/lock to can eat meters and is an add offload too much to ask?
Plus at least one big fast centre/fullback.
Both above average 1st grade standard.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WE NEED A GUN 9.

There is nobody at the club who can fills these roles at I can see.

I have a message to the club. Go to punchbowl, birrong, belmore and canterbury boys' high schools and walk over to the playing fields with a cheque book. Just watch during recess and lunch how the boys play proper footy with zero structures. I can guarantee you that some of these boys are way more talented than our shit bunch that get paid

Des and Crusher fucked that by not focus on the juniors at all, hench why we are struggling with the younger players we have.
Very true. But the lack of a capable coach in the lower grades is also adding to the problem.
The younger boys are not being developed like they should be.
