I was giving ivan the benefit of the doubt but it does come across as spiteful by playing him in the centres in CC. Especially after they publicly said he is next in line in the halves, to then go play him in the centres is a dick move regardless of an injury to Crichton.

Apparently Ivan and the panthers are the best place to develop him so its in Burtons best interest not to get an early release

I think there is more to it than that mate. It wasnt just a direct swap. They wanted Napa but it was reported they also wanted us to contribute more than half his salary.

So therefore we would have to pay Burton $450k plus at least $300k of Napa's salary. I dont think we have that much space

Vossy interviewed Ivan Milat/Cleary this morning about Naden and said that he is dropped for the first 4 games and when asked who would replace him, he first mentioned Momirovski and how good he is and then said maybe even Burton as he has had a few training runs in the position. He is not giving it away but would you rather an established centre or someone who has a FEW training runs. Click baiting as usual by the Terrorgraph!!
