This is recency bias at its finest. Jeremy Marshall-King is not a top eight Number 9. Reed Mahoney is a proven hooker in a top 4 side. That side is fucked atm and he’s not at his best. But to suggest that he is a bad signing and we shoudlve kept JMK is nothing short of ludicrous. Mahoney is an elite hooker and us Bulldogs fans don’t know what one is. We’ve had to deal with JMK’s awful service, Lichaa and you could argue that even Ennis wasn’t half the rake talent that Mahoney possesses. Just wait till next year guys, you will be eating your words as when he leaves the failure colours of the blue and gold, and joins Matt Burton it will be an absolute revelatoon.

Bro these people don't understand. The only reason fucking JUNK was playing good this season was for a new contract. Once the **** gets a new contract he will start playing shit and wait till the last year to play good. Mahoney, on the other hand, isn't playing well becasue he gets bitched around his teamates because it's his last year at the club and they want the best out of him, which is what affected him to play well like the 2020 and 2021 seasons.

It’s funny that JMK has started playing in career best form. Have the shackles come off him as he is no longer playing for a contract at the dogs? He has been close to our best the last 5-6 weeks.
Still the right decision to let him move on as Lichaa did this to us as well and kept getting re-signed.

He is a massive upgrade on JuNK.

This is what i hate about some kennelers. We have every right to criticize the ‘good’ players if they play like shit. It’s deserved. But for some reason it isn’t acceptable to the fan clubs of players and then they consider us as idiots who 100% believe should leave the club and do these dumb comparisons of players who ultimately the fan club believes we believe is better. That is not the case at all. Just destructive criticism thats deserved for the form of any player not just the duds but the good ones aswell.

JMK has been good the last couple of weeks no doubt about it but he is lacking in several areas and Reed is definitely an upgrade. His ability to create/ball play out of dummy half will be invaluable to us given we are severely short in that department in regards to our halfback.
