This is true.
For example the agent my mum and sister just got our new home off is basically still a child.

Just to let you know how young she is, she got Africa fever, always going there for a holiday.
There's only a few groups interested in Africa.

Poms.
Germans.
Frogs.
Belgians (IN THE CONGO, WE DIDNT START THE FIRE)
And people born in 1994-present!
